Review the terms that apply when you download, purchase content in, or use the Hi Pet app and website.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Hi Pet, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the app store through which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, do not use Hi Pet.
2. Personal-use license
Hi Pet gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Virtual pets and app progress
Pets, affinity, tasks, animations, and other in-app items are digital features, not physical goods. Features may evolve as the app is updated. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and the platform account used for purchases.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Prices, currencies, taxes, family-sharing eligibility, restoration, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable store and may vary by country. Hi Pet does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
5. Availability
Some features require a compatible device, an internet connection, or access to services provided by Apple, Google, or content-delivery providers. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
6. Intellectual property
Hi Pet, its software, visual assets, animations, branding, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Hi Pet is provided for entertainment and companionship. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to zhifudu@gmail.com.
