Download or update Hi Pet

Use the official App Store listing or Google Play listing to download the latest version.

Restore a pet purchase

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase, connect to the internet, and use the restore-purchase option in the app. Store availability and eligibility are controlled by Apple or Google.

Pet videos are not loading

Check your connection and reopen the app. Hi Pet may need an internet connection when downloading pet video assets for the first time. Once downloaded, many interactions can continue to work offline.
